It's Sci-fi Friday once again!
Jul. 14th, 2006 11:25 pmNon spoilery: All in all, good episodes from both, but I'm just not feeling the SG-1 still. The Orii just rub me the wrong way I guess. I think I'm just tired of the "bigger badder!" mentality over there. They have to keep topping themselves in the bad guy department and I'm just not as invested as I used to be. That being said, Michael and Claudia were awesome as usual (as was Ben). Vala and Daniel are like the Hope and Crosby of the SG-1 universe and I love them. Atlantis was also good, but I wasn't as on the edge of my seat as I was the beginning of last season. I think they had such a good set up finale in season one, that I totally know they're going to get out of whatever else the writers want to throw at them from now on. :D

ETA: I don't know if this has already been on my flist or not, I haven't had the chance to look, but today on the radio I heard that MAYHEM announced that his12 yr old girlfriend is NOT preggers. Possibly because he's gay. Well, alright that last bit I made up, but still. MAYHEM is so dumb he probably doesn't know where babies come from anyway. He's all, "My girl doesn't even know where any cabbage patches are. I'm totally safe."

Supernatural 1.15 "The Benders"

Stargate Atlantis in a Nutshell

Here in I give you an introduction to Stargate Atlantis with simple pictoral examples. This is by no means a full account of the series so far. It's more an overview of the pilot Rising with some added extras. I got a little carried away with this Nutshell because Atlantis is my current obsession. So there will be two parts simply because I snagged far too many screencaps for just one post. All screencaps are from Atlantica, a very cool site indeed.

Dead Zone season 3
Aug. 15th, 2005 02:29 pmSo I'm woefully behind on my friends list because I was gone all day Saturday and watched The Dead Zone season 3 all day Sunday. Now I didn't mention much about DZ as I was watching the first two seasons on DVD, but I have to say Season 3 gave me a few moments of BUH? Not in the "is that supposed to be the plot?" ways either.
