Breaking things with passion

Went to work this morning smiling and unsuspecting. I didn't eat breakfast because I was working with my boss so I figured I could run across the street and get a biscuit. Time passes and passes, and finally about forty-five minutes later, boss calls and says he had to take his wife to the emergency room. She had the flu and wasn't getting any better. Saturday is usually our busiest day. Meanwhile I have like 6 ones in the drawer because heaven forbid he should leave change in the office. I might OMGSTEAL! After having worked there for 10 years. Anyway, I had to close the shop and run over to the other store to get change. I come back and open up. Boss calls and tells me to call such-and-such to come in. I called and got a machine. Then he calls and tells me to call my mom to help fill in. Mom has a big wedding to go to this afternoon, but she manages to come in and bring me some food. About an hour and a half later, boss comes in. Mom leaves. Boss stays for a while and then he decides he wants to go to some biker rally his friends are at. Can I close the other store for him? Normally, I work an extra hour on Fridays and Saturdays. So instead of working 9 hours, I'll be working 11. Fun. I close the shop at 6 like he says and go over to the other shop, only to find him there. He didn't leave until like 7:30. But at least he decided that he was going home to his wife who had a 102 temperature instead of to the bike rally. Did I mention that he had SIX PEOPLE off today, and another person at the other store pulling a double like me?

Needless to say, BOSS = IDIOT.
